Our ethos

We make wine in harmony with the wildness of nature, that reflect the communities we call home; wines that express an energy of joy. The name, Vagabond isn’t just a play on our last name, Bond, or a rumination on our free spirited natures. It’s an homage to the paths we took to get here and to the strange and beautiful bands of misfits and friends we’ve worked with along the way. We make wines that don’t check a box but instead make you feel a sense of wonder from this very special place, the Finger Lakes, and the people behind it all.
